About

"One conscious breath in and out is a meditation"
- Eckart Tolle

I believe in a world where we feel free to be fully ourselves - where we value stillness, nature, community, and connection.
My approach is grounded in inclusivity, trauma-informed practice, and deep respect for each person’s inner experience.
I draw from training in Conscious Connected Breathwork, cold exposure, Authentic Relating, and shadow work - but my sessions are guided by you, your body, and your breath. As a queer woman, I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community to integrate fragmented parts of the self, release shame, and feel safe in their own skin.
